I started with the words.

As a journalist at Radio-Canada, I’ve learned that what isn’t said matters just as much as what is said. That behind every story, there’s a truth that no one has yet dared to articulate.

Then I joined the UN. Seven years of managing crises, teams, and silences. I came to realize that leadership rarely plays out where we expect it to. Not in strategies. But in the conversations we haven’t had yet.

These two experiences led me to coaching—not as a career change, but as a natural progression. Everything I had learned about active listening, storytelling, and managing under pressure finally found its most useful application.

Today, through Djinko Consulting, I work with executives in Canada, Africa, and Europe. Not to give them answers, but to help them find their own—and to give them the courage to put those answers into practice.

As an ICF-certified executive coach and an expert in Profil NOVA and Leadership Circle, I draw equally on data and on what’s actually happening in the room.
